  • $10,000 + applicable taxes + 18% Catering service fee
  • Monday-Sunday Availability
  • Outdoor Ceremony June - October     
  • Indoor Ceremony November – May
  • *Price is for 35 people with the couple included. Additional guests up to 50 at $100 per person
  • Non refundable retainer of $1000 is required to secure your date.
  • The second payment of 50% of the remaining amount is due at the halfway point to the wedding date.
  • The final payment is due 1 week prior to the wedding date along with a $1,000 returnable damage deposit.
  • Limited dates available for 2025 & 2026
  • 2027 bookings will open in Fall of 2025

  • Set up of Guest Book, Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, Seating Place Cards & Menus
  • 12-hour Access (Starting as early as 10am & as late as 12am)
  • Unique Ceremony Spaces (Indoor & Outdoor)
