HELPFUL HINTS

The following items are included in your venue rental and are available for your use

13 Large Wooden Harvest Tables – These harvest tables are slightly oversized in width ensuring lots of room on the table for decor or family-style catering. Each table seats up to 10 guests if both ends of the table are in use. Linens or runners are optional and up to the couple’s discretion on the harvest tables; the tables are beautiful on their own! Due to the size and weight of these tables, they cannot be removed from the venue at any point. If any harvest tables are not in use, they will be tucked up against a wall inside the venue.

2 Small Wooden Harvest Tables – These tables are typically used as a guestbook table, cake table, or even a sweetheart table. Due to their weight, these tables cannot be removed from the venue at any point. If not in use, these tables will be tucked up against a wall inside the venue.

Resin-Top Round Tables – If you are hosting a bigger group, round tables can be brought in accordingly. At 60 inches in diameter, each round table seats up to 8 guests. Please note that all round tables will require tablecloths/linens as they are a simple resin/plastic top. Lily Stone Gardens does not supply linens.

Folding Buffet Tables – A limited number of folding buffet tables are available on-site for use for buffet dinner service, head table, coffee station, DJ table, etc. Please note that all buffet tables will require tablecloths/linens as they are a simple resin/plastic top. Lily Stone Gardens does not supply linens.
