LILY STONE GARDENS WEDDING VENUE

The Lily Stone Wedding Venue is located 40 minutes south of Winnipeg, nestled amongst the charm of our flower farm! Our unique facility offers a blank canvas for modern and romantic, garden inspired weddings, with ample opportunity to personalize and create your dreamy vision for the day.

The venue offers 3600 square feet of reception space and can comfortably accommodate 185 people.

RENTAL PRICES

2028 rate: $7100 plus GST

2027 rate: $6750 plus GST

June – Mid October

Non refundable retainer of $1500 is required to secure your date. The second payment of 50% of the remaining amount is due at the halfway point to the wedding date. The final payment is due 1 week prior to the wedding date along with a $1,000 returnable damage deposit.

Weekend & Weekday rates are the same due to the high level of service Lily Stone provides for each wedding.

To ensure the best experience for everyone involved, if we feel that a couple is not a good fit for our venue or for us to work with personally, we will respectfully decline the booking.

CATERING AND BARTENDING

We can also provide wedding catering through Lily Stone Cafe, however there are limited spots available per season. The Cafe also offers services to add on to your event like late night pizza, individualized charcuterie cups, cupcakes, and desserts like our famous cinnamon buns and coconut cream pies. The Lily Stone Cafe caters events including weddings hosted at the venue, Christmas parties and large business meetings. Browse our catering menu for a meal that is sure to impress any guest at your event. Whether catering or in the cafe, our friendly professional staff bring a cheery attitude along with a drive to serve any catering need!

2027 CATERING MENU

Events hosted on our grounds are given the option of having our licensed staff serve behind the bar counter. Ask about special drinks you may want to be served for your celebration!

We will also happily make some suggestions of some wonderful vendors that know our location well and we have worked with in previous weddings if you like but you are more than welcome to bring in any vendors of your choice to complete your wedding team.

Your Floral Vision

The Lily Stone design team will bring your dreamy florals to life while staying aligned with your design aesthetic and color palette. We aim to include our locally grown flowers from our own gardens in most of our design work, while also supporting other Manitoba flower growers during the Summer season.

Flowers are at the heart of Lily Stone Gardens. As flower farmers and floral designers, creating breathtaking floral experiences is truly our passion and really why we built our venue in the first place!

To ensure a seamless design experience and to maintain the quality and artistic vision associated with Lily Stone Gardens, we are the exclusive fresh floral provider for all weddings and events held at the venue starting in 2028 and moving forward. This includes all fresh floral arrangements from bouquets to centerpieces and ceremony flowers.

Our exclusive fresh floral policy helps ensure a cohesive design throughout your celebration while avoiding confusion regarding floral design and workmanship.
