We hope that you are completely satisfied with any and all purchases made from Lily Stone Gardens. If you are not satisfied with something you have purchased from Lily Stone Gardens please let us know as soon as possible. We strive to maintain high quality products as well as offer superior customer service at all times.

Online Order Payments

All online orders must be paid via credit card or through PayPal. Finalization of your order is dependent on your credit card verification. If your card does not meet our verification requirement, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order.

Once your online order has been submitted and payment has cleared; Lily Stone Gardens cannot change, modify, combine or alter the method of payment for the order and/or the contents of the order. If you see an error on your order, please contact us immediately.

Shipping

Lily Stone Gardens does not ship internationally at this time. Due to the strict import/export laws on horticulture items, we cannot ship to other countries. Likewise, if a customer purchases seeds, bulbs, corms etc. in store and is planning on travelling with these items outside of Canada; Lily Stone Gardens is not responsible for any fees imposed on the customer nor the loss of such item.

Seeds

The seeds we have for sale in our shop are large scale, grower quality seeds. They are the same seeds that we use to start our own cut flowers right here at Lily Stone Gardens! Lily Stone Gardens cannot guarantee that the seeds will germinate and flourish as that is dependent on many numerous factors besides the seeds themselves; such as seed germination; soil conditions, sunlight, watering, temperature etc which are not within our control. For the best results use high quality seed starting mix and ensure you are following the specific instructions provided on our website (under “shop” > “seeds” > “seed variety”) for each seed variety.

If you feel that your seeds are faulty after diligently following our recommended procedures to start them, please contact Lily Stone Gardens within two weeks of noticing an issue and we will offer you advice on what could have gone wrong. On the rare occasion that you did in fact receive faulty seeds, we will give you a store credit for the cost of the faulty seed. Shipping costs are non refundable. Lily Stone gardens is not responsible for any crop failure damages or loss.

As we ourselves are not guaranteed 100% color consistency by our supplier; flower color may differ from package to package. We cannot guarantee that the flowers grown from the seed will look identical to the photo representation on our website. There may be slight differences in their appearance. But that’s the beauty of it!

Bulbs & Corms

All bulbs and corms are fragile in nature and therefore we are not responsible for their production. We are also not liable for any weather damage, animal/rodent damage or inadequate care in part of the customer. Please follow our detailed ranunculus/anemone guide to get the most success out of your corms! Ranunculus and anemones require extra attention and care throughout their entire growing process. Due to the fact that the bulbs and corms are so delicate in nature, we cannot offer refunds or store credit on purchased anemone and ranunculus corms. Feel free to contact us if you are having issues with growing them and we will do our best to provide you with further advice/suggestions.

Workshop Terms & Conditions

Lily Stone Gardens thrives on creating a space where we can teach and empower your growing and design skills! Whether that be in the garden, creating an arrangement or making a wreath. Due to the nature of the tools we use in these workshops, we are not responsible for any injury incurred while at Lily Stone Gardens. Its is the participants duty to act in a safe and responsible manner at all times. All of the learning materials acquired are of ownership of Lily Stone Gardens and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes. All photos are ownership of Lily Stone Gardens.

Due to limited workshop spots, if you fail to attend a workshop you purchased we do not offer reimbursements or refunds. We have valuable limited seats and we often sell out. If you cannot attend; you may send another person in your place – just be sure to let us know! If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact us and we will consider the individual situation and work out a fair solution.

All professional photos on our site have been credited to the photographer and are also follow these conditions. All text, photographs, resources etc. are not to be duplicated for commercial purposes or to re-sell. All of the material is the opinion of Lily Stone Gardens.

Lily Stone Gardens is a secure website, any personal information is not shared with any third parties. Although we have a secure site, in the unlikely event that our website is hacked Lily Stone Gardens is not responsible for any theft or damages occured. All users enter personal information at their own judgement and risk.
